What Visitors are Saying...

One of my Favorite Places

This is one of my favorite places to hike in New Mexico - a close second being Dog Canyon! I've visited Lincoln National Forest many, many times in the two years I've lived here, and if one just stays on the beaten path, it STILL doesn't get old! It is genuinely loads of fun, and gorgeous all-year round! The waterfall, the nature, it's absolutely BEAUTIFUL! And if you just need a place to get away, there are loads of options down the hill that are under a fifteen minute hike. Super accessible, very moderate, yet satisfyingly lovely all times of the year.

Take in the Scenery!

Great place to hike, explore, and take in the scenery! There are countless trails and places to visit and tons of cool things to see. You might even find a desert stream... There are climbing and bouldering opportunities all over! Just remember, always be safe and bring extra water!

Something for Everyone

One of the most beautiful places in USA! Diverse in landscape, flora, and wildlife. There is definitely something for everyone here. Be sure to visit some of the beautiful hiking trails in the area. The locals that live in the small towns dotting the area are friendly and hospitable!
